DirtyVerb turns classic reverb ideas into something darker, wider, and more textural. It is a reverb designed for producers, engineers, composers, musicians, and sound designers who want atmosphere, movement, and character instead of clean, anonymous space.

At the heart of DirtyVerb are 10 different individually curated types of reverbs, many of which have more

than one iteration: mono, stereo, dark, bright, and other character variations.

They range from classic tube plate reverbs from the 1950s and 1960s, to classic 70s and 80s gated rooms,

to esoteric spring reverbs. In some cases, the reverbs were treated further by being pushed through

different production scenarios: dimed 100-watt high-gain heads, 2-inch tape machines that were

intentionally over-biased or under-biased, cassette capture, modulation, saturation, and more.

The point is not clinical realism. The point is vibe, physicality, movement, and decay that feels like it came

from a real piece of equipment with a past.
